How to Create an image for Students to Label in Google Slides

 

Using Google Slides for students to label maps, diagrams, etc. is really simple. Just follow the instructions below:

  1. Open up slides
  2. Right on “slide” & click on “change background”Screenshot 2017-10-25 at 8.42.45 AM
  3. Click on Image, choose your image and click on “select” and “done”Screenshot 2017-10-25 at 8.42.54 AM
  4. Now your image is your background and “locked” in place, you can share this slide via Google classroom and make each student a copy to complete
  5. Students will be able to “label” the image by adding text boxes.
